LAFFITTE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union and Local 600 of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (jointly “plaintiff” or “Union”), have filed a verified complaint pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. sect. 185, and a petition for a temporary restraining order pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65(b) against defendants, The Bali Company and Bali Foundations, Inc.
