Relator seeks to quash the opinion and record of the Kansas City Court of Appeals in the case of Jackson v. Order of United Commercial Travelers of America, reported in 89 S.W.2d 536. It will be noted that Judge BLAND dissented. Relator alleges that the opinion of respondents is in conflict with the controlling opinions of this court.
