Denny Little, an unmarried man, twenty-eight years of age, while employed by the Crow-Edwards Lumber Company at a wage of eighteen dollars per ;week, received an injury while in the course of and arising out of his employment, which caused his death within a few days after the accident; and this action was instituted by the father of the deceased to recover judgment for compensation under the Employers’ Liability Statute (Act No. 20 of 1914) for the death of his son.
