BABCOCK, District Judge.

A hearing was held April 23, 1993 on the following pending motions in this case:

A) severance motions by the government and defendants Brown, Byron, Dye, Oldewage, D. Orick, and T. Orick;

B) defendants’ various discovery motions;

C) government’s pre-trial motions.
