It is conceded by counsel for the appellees that counsel for the appellants “have given a fairly good statement” of the facts of this record as follows: “On November 9, 1925, under the provisions of Crawford & Moses’ Digest, § 5733, there was filed with the city council of Little Bock a petition representing the signers to be owners of a majority in value of real estate within the territory affected for the annexation of such'territory to Street Improvement District No. 363 of Little Rock.
