OPINION

POLSTER, District Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Carlos Bordayo pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to import marijuana under 21 U.S.C. § 846 and one count of money laundering under 18 U.S.C. § 1956, and was sentenced on December 14, 1992 to sixty-six months in prison to be followed by five years of supervised release. Bordayo began his term of supervised release on September 17, 1997 and subsequently violated its conditions on three occasions, all based on positive drug tests.
