Tri-County Educators’ Association, a professional employees’ organization, as that term is used in K.S.A. 72-5413 et seq., as amended, commenced this injunction action in Montgomery District Court against Tri-County Special Education Cooperative No. 607. The Association is the representative of the professional employees (teachers) employed by the Cooperative.
