OPINION and JUDGMENT
DALTON, District Judge.
This is an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of Virginia real estate which is presently before this court for rendition of findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Rule 52 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
