Dorsey-Alston Company, a real estate brokerage firm, filed suit against E. William Bohn to recover its commission under a brokerage contract on the sale of property located on King Road in Atlanta. Bohn filed a third-party complaint against Calvin B. Andringa as the ultimate purchaser of the property.
