The plaintiffs herein, with the exception of New York Clothing Manufacturers’ Exchange, Inc., are each of them engaged in the business of manufacturing men’s clothing in the city of New York. The plaintiff New York Clothing Manufacturers’ Exchange, Inc., is a membership corporation of which the other plaintiffs are members. Each of the defendants, other than the defendant Textile Finishers Association, Inc., is engaged in the business of shrinking woolen cloths in the city of New York.
