Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (J. Goldberg, J.), rendered October 25, 2012, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Under the circumstances of this case, the Supreme Court improvidently exercised its discretion in denying the defendant’s request to withdraw his peremptory challenge to a prospective juror (cf.
