Efstathios Aggouras (Claimant), father of John Aggouras (Decedent) and Olympic Blasting & Sand Company (Employer) both petition for review of the order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) granting Claimants fetal claim petition pursuant to Section 301(a) of The Pennsylvania Workmens Com*146pensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §431. We reverse and reinstáte the decision of the referee dated September 7, 1983, dismissing the fatal claim petition.
