This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan dismissing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus and remanding the petitioner to the custody of the Superintendent of the United States Detention Farm at Milan, Mich. So far as appears from the record, there was no evidence introduced on the hearing below. We consider the case on the facts alleged in the petition and not denied by answer.
