TUTTLE, District Judge.

The hearing in this ease was had pursuant to the petition for naturalization, and a subsequent petition for an order to amend the declaration of intention, of the petitioner herein. Petitioner prays that her declaration of intention he amended by this- court so as to conform to the facts, and thát, when it has-been so amended, petitioner be admitted to-citizenship.
