Court of Appeals of Wisconsin
1Opinion of the CourtSchudson, J.
Vernon Haste appeals his convictions for battery to a peace officer and resisting an officer. Haste argues that he was denied his Sixth Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel at the trial and his Sixth Amendment right to counsel at the sentencing.
