Robert L. Brandt, an employee and co-owner of Brandt Contractors, Inc., seeks review of a court of appeals decision dismissing his complaint requesting judicial review of a Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) decision requiring him to repay $22,716 to the unemployment compensation reserve fund.
