OTT, Judge.

Plaintiff sustained a compound fracture of the olecranon process (elbow) of the left arm on the 21st day of September, 1935, on the Greenwell Springs road, just outside the city limits of Baton Rouge. His claim is, for $10,455.50, and the suit is against B. Olinde and Sons Company, Inc., the owner of the beer truck involved in the accident, Frank Vince, the driver, and the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, the carrier of the liability insurance on the truck.
