delivered the opinion of the court.

In a trial without a jury judgment was entered by the court wherein, after finding the issues for plaintiff on his amended statement of claim and finding the issues for defendant, Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Company, on its counterclaim, it was further found that “the claim of each of said parties against the other is the same in amount” and adjudged that plaintiff recover nothing from defendant.
