“What we’ve got here is failure to communicate.” 1 Strother Martin uttered those words to Paul Newman in the movie Cool Hand Luke> but he could just as easily have said them about the attorneys involved in this case. A systematic breakdown in communication occurred between the Trustee, the Debtor, the Debtor’s bankruptcy attorneys, and the Debtor’s worker’s compensation attorneys.
