—Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Thomas B. Galligan, J., at Mapp hearing, trial and sentence), rendered July 1, 1991, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 15 years to life on the drug possession count concurrent to a definite one-year term on the drug paraphernalia count, unanimously affirmed.
