This is a motor vehicle tort action to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a passenger in her husband’s car when it was struck from the rear by a truck driven by defendant John Crider (“Crider”). Following a jury verdict and the entry of judgment for the defendants, the plaintiff filed this Dist/Mun. Cts.
