OPINION
CEDARBAUM, District Judge.
Defendants move to dismiss the complaints in these two related actions. For the following reasons, the motions are granted.
BACKGROUND
These actions arise from the collapse in November 2000 of Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products N.V. (“L & H Belgium”), a Belgian corporation which developed speech recognition software. Plaintiffs Filler and Perlman (“the Filler plaintiffs”) are trustees of the TRA Rights Trust, which is the sole successor in interest to Seagate Technology, Inc. (“Seagate”).
