—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Miller, J.), rendered March 17, 1993, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s contentions regarding the propriety of the prosecutor’s summation comments are unpreserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Stewart, 172 AD2d 862; People v Madera, 167 AD2d 485).
