This suit was instituted by appellee, Aron Williams, against appellant, Texas Farm Products Company, in the District Court of Nacogdoches County, Texas, seeking under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (Title 29, Sec. 207 et seq.) certain sums allegedly due from appellant for overtime hours worked by appellee. In addition to the amount of overtime pay claimed, appel-lee sought a like amount as liquidated damages and attorney’s fees as authorized by the Act.
