*1015In this action to recover damages for, inter alia, breach of contract, the court, on September 17, 18, 19, October 11 and 12, 2012, conducted a trial of the causes of action in the plaintiff Inspectronic’s complaint and the counterclaims in the answer of defendant Gottlieb Skanska, Inc.
