This diversity action involves claims by the Plaintiff, Linda Materazzi, against Defendants Atlas Van Lines, Inc. (“Atlas”) and Avatar Moving Systems, Inc. (“Avatar”) arising from an incident in which the Plaintiffs belongings were allegedly damaged while being transported by the Defendants from Oyster Bay, New York to Lighthouse Point, Florida, as a result of the negligence of the Defendants.
