This is an application filed in this court by Frank Wells, Henry B. Berkley, Edwin M. Bachelor, P. B. Clark and Charles Furgerson, citizens of Badersburg, Jefferson county, for a writ of mandate against Joel M. D. Taylor, clerk and recorder; John McDermott, sheriff; Edward McSorley, treasurer, and David G-.
