Writ of error to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Wood county, pronounced December 15,1883, in the case of Herman Fouse against J. W. Yandervort, dismissing a petition for a writ of certiorari to the judgment of a justice of said county. The petition filed in the Circuit Court alleges that Yander-vort brought a civil action against the petitioner before a justice of Wood county, '“for the recovery of money for damages for breach of contract for building a house and for professional services,” in which the plaintiff demanded judgment for $300.00; and the petitioner appeared…
