Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme *975Court, Kings County (Tomei, J.), rendered February 10, 2009, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, stalking in the first degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
