PAINTER, Judge.

hThe instant case arises out of a claim for workers’ compensation filed by Gary Ayo (Ayo). Ayo appeals the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) finding that he had not met his burden of proof, ruling in favor of the employer, BEO Contractors, Inc. (BEO), and dismissing his claim with prejudice. We affirm.
