This matter is before the Court by way of petitioner’s February 12, 1976 motion for summary judgment pursuant to a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed November 24,1975. Said petition seeks relief from an August 12, 1963 guilty plea to a charge of murder in the District Court of Iowa in and for Calhoun County, Criminal No. 1824.
