In this proceeding to acquire land necessary for the widening of Anthony avenue, the commissioners of estimate and assessment have included in their assessment for benefit substantial sums for the supposed benefit to accrue from the improvement to the property of certain public service corporations, consisting of the easements of privileges under which, within the assessment area, the fixtures belonging to said corporations are affixed to the soil and operated for street surface railway, electric light, telephone and gas supply purposes.
