Marquis Torez Lowe (“Lowe”) appeals from his convictions and sentences for malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of the crime of malice murder in connection with the death of Dajohn Milton. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Construed to support the verdicts, the evidence showed that Milton arranged for a friend to drive him to a certain apartment complex; en route, Milton used the friend’s cell phone to place a call to a cell phone of Lowe’s.
