At issue is whether the Chapter 13 Debtors can claim on their Means Test a *420vehicle ownership deduction of $497 for title loan payments of $66.67. The difference to unsecured creditors between these two amounts totals $25,819.80 over the 60-month plan term. Consequently, the Chapter 13 Trustee objected to confirmation asserting that the Debtors' deduction on the Means Test should be limited to $66.67, and therefore the Debtors are not contributing all projected disposable income to the plan as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b).1 For the reasons set forth…
