Appellant was convicted of the offense of murder and given a life sentence in the penitentiary. He appeals. ,
As grounds for reversal, lie urges that the verdict is flagrantly against the evidence; that the trial court erred in failing to give a self-defense instruction; and that such court should have granted a new trial because of newly discovered evidence.
