Beverley J. Bumm and Frank Bumm, Jr., acting in their capacities as trustees for their respective revocable living trusts, Betty J. Gray, Charles E. Gray and Sara Lee Hamilton (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) filed a declaratory judgment lawsuit against Olde Ivy Development, LLC (hereinafter, “Defendant”).
