Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Wolin, J.), entered February 18,1982, following a jury trial which resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff against defendants Anthony Keasbey and May Keasbey, modified, on the law, only to the extent of dismissing the complaint, on the merits, as against defendant May Keasbey, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
