Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered May 24, 1995 in Sullivan County, which partially granted plaintiff’s motion seeking the return of certain files from his former attorney, Mark L. Schulman.

Mark L. Schulman, an attorney, represented plaintiff for a number of years in a variety of legal matters.
