LEAR, Judge.

This matter is before us for review of an alternative writ of mandamus issued by this court ordering the trial court to vacate an order commanding Cargill, Inc. (appellant) to furnish Cementation Company of America, Inc., et al. (appellee) with copies of statements obtained from former employees of appellee who had been in the employ of appellee on or before March 8, 1973; or show cause why the writ should not be made peremptory.
