BAUER, Chief Judge.

Carmen Germane is a former employee of the Milwaukee Office of the United States Department of Human Services’ Office of Hearings and Appeals who claims she was discharged from that office in violation of Title VII, the Privacy Act, and the first and fifth amendments to the United States Constitution. She appeals the entry of judgment below denying her all relief and alleges several errors by the trial court.
