Corbett was convicted of felony murder, malice murder, and cruelty to children. * For the reasons explained below, we affirm.
The evidence introduced at trial showed that while at home alone with his eight-month-old infant son, Corbett telephoned the emergency operator, and reported that the infant was having difficulty breathing. Both the police and emergency medical technicians responded to Corbett’s call, and found that the infant was not breathing and had no pulse.
