This appeal comes to us from the Family Court concerning the divorce of Jennifer M. Richard (Jennifer) from Gregory J. Richard (Gregory). The appellant, Norman Richard (Norman), Gregory’s father, is aggrieved by a decree of the Family Court ordering him to convey certain real property, located at 99 Montgomery Street in Tiverton (Tiverton property), to Gregory and Jennifer, his former daughter-in-law, in accordance with the terms of a purported oral contract.
