MODARELLI, District Judge.
This is an action based on unfair competition. Plaintiffs are Locatelli, Inc., a New York corporation, operating a wholesale Italian grocery business, and seven members of the Locatelli family, (citizens and residents of Italy) who are co-partners doing business as Mattia Locatelli (principal office in Italy). Defendants are Louis and Frank Tomaiuoli, (citizens and residents of New Jersey) co-partners doing business in New Jersey as Lucatelli Packing Company.
