This matter came before the Court on June 19, 2013, for a hearing regarding the guardian ad lit ends motion for payment of fees, among other matters. This Court took the motion under advisement for the consideration of two questions: (1) whether the guardian ad litem could continue to render and bill for services after entry of the final decree of divorce; (2) whether the filing of a petition for a rule to show cause by the guardian ad litem created a conflict requiring her to withdraw from representation.
