Plaintiff, State Security Insurance Company, instituted this declaratory judgment action against defendants, Ramon Soto Burgos and Felicita Soto Burgos, individually and d/b/a Casablanca Liquor and Grocery Store, Rolando Soto, and Milagros C. Segarra, administrator of the estate of Manuel A. Segarra.
