Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 31, 1977, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree and possession of burglar’s tools, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered.
