On September 1, 2008, the Republican National Convention (RNC) begins in St. Paul, Minnesota’s capital. That day, a march organized by The Coalition to March on the RNC and Stop the War (Coalition) will take place. As its name suggests, the Coalition is an association of groups and individuals interested in parading within sight and sound of the Xcel Energy Center, the site of the RNC, and expressing their opposition to the war in Iraq.
