This is a suit on a probate bond given by the defendant administratrix on October 2, 1945 upon her appointment as administratrix of her late husband’s estate. The bond is in the penal sum of $750, and was executed by two personal sureties. One has since deceased, and the other is the defendant, *312Chase. Following the presentation of claims against the estate, including one for $3,000 by the plaintiff-in-interest, Christine G.
