Testator died May 13, 1934. His will was probated and letters testámentary granted by Harry M. Dougherly, Esq., Register of Wills of Philadelphia County, on June 4, 1934. No appeal was taken from the decree of probate, the issue before us arising upon exceptions to the adjudication and to the re-adjudication of the first account of the executors.
