Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Gregory Carro, J.), rendered August 1, 2007, as amended June 19, 2008, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted burglary in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to a term of 2x/2 to 5 years, unanimously affirmed.
